FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Return & Exchange Policy 

All sales are final! Refunds are currently only offered to customers that receive wrong or damaged items. 

However, we understand that sometimes, accidents can happen when nuggets are in transit.  In the case that your nugget plush or other merchandise arrives damaged upon delivery, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of the plush in question!

If your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please send us your order number along with a photo for proof of damages to us at hello@tubbynugget.com!

At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. In the case of apparel, if you are unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts first. We have one for every item listed in our store in the product description section! :)

Items Eligible for Returns 

At this time, only physically damaged or wrongfully sent items are eligible for return! 

Wrong Shipped Item

Once we’ve received the returned items, our team will do a quality control check for any damages before processing the exchange.

Please contact us ASAP to begin your return and/or exchange request, and allow our team between 2-3 business days to respond through  our customer service e-mail!

Refund Timeline

After your refund has been processed with our team, your bank will then process your refund to your account typically within the next 24-72 hours. Please alert our team after checking in with your bank in the case of any missing funds!

International Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We currently do not accept international returns/exchanges due to their high shipping costs, unless a customer consents to covering shipping costs for any reshipments or exchanges. 

For any returns, shipping cost still apply in addition to a 15% restocking fee. 

Our website automatically calculates the expected time of arrival upon checking out for each country that we’re sending to at this time!

Taxes and Import Fees

Additional charges (i.e. taxes and/or import fees) may apply to your order when you have it shipped outside the U.S.

Please keep in mind that TUBBY NUGGET does not collect this beforehand and we are not responsible for any other costs associated. 

We cannot give you an estimate of the cost due to the varying cost around the world. Please feel free to reach out to us for any additional questions!

Adopting a Tubby Nugget 

Hi friend! We’re happy to hear that you’re interested in adopting one of our huggable little friends! To adopt a nugget, simply follow this link to the official Tubby Nugget Plush Toy! Your little friend will come with its own fillable adoption certificate for you or your loved one to fill in on arrival. This is Josh and Jenine here - and we're the creators of this wholesome little nug! ❤

What started off as little doodles made to bring each other laughter and comfort in hard times, is now reaching millions and millions of people around the world each month to do the same. It's been a wild turn of events, and we couldn't be more grateful for the joy we get to bring more than just each other now.

When you buy our merch, you make it possible for us to continue making meaningful content for others, as well as bring on more and more wonderful nuggets who hope to serve that same mission.
