NOTE FOR ALL CUSTOMERS:

For those ordering within the U.S., orders for physical items in our store come with a USPS tracking number & the ability to sign up for mobile & email updates regarding your order. Please take advantage of this feature, and, if you are concerned about your delivery, please contact us at hello@tubbynugget.com to follow up about your order in the case of extreme waiting times!

 

SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75, and are currently operating out of the United States in Southern California!  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS, and will receive an official USPS tracking number as soon as it is in transit.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We understand that sometimes, accidents can happen when our nuggets are in transit.  In the case that your nugget plush arrives damaged upon delivery, we’ll be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange of the plush in question!

At this time, only physically damaged or wrongfully sent items are eligible for return. 

If your plush order does arrive damaged or faulty in any way, please send us your order number along with a photo for proof of damages to us at hello@tubbynugget.com

MISSING PACKAGES & DELIVERIES 

Before getting in touch with us in regards to a missing delivery, please help us out by doing the following: 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise—If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, please use an address where you know you'll be! 

If the shipping address is correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@tubbynugget.com with your order number, and we'll take it from there!

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Pro tip: The zip code is the most important part of the address!  For domestic orders, use a simple tool like USPS ZIP code lookup to make sure you get it right!

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept international returns/exchanges due to their high shipping costs, unless a customer consents to covering shipping costs for any reshipments or exchanges.

For any returns, shipping costs still apply in addition to a 15% restocking fee.

Our website automatically calculates the expected time of arrival upon checking out for each country that we’re sending to at this time! Please, be aware of all these facts before placing an order in our store!

 

TAXES AND IMPORT FEES

Additional charges (i.e. taxes and/or import fees) may apply to your order when you have it shipped outside the U.S.

Please keep in mind that TUBBY NUGGET does not collect this beforehand and we are not responsible for any other costs associated. 

We cannot give you an estimate of the cost due to the varying cost around the world. But please feel free to reach out to us for any additional questions!
